My Kitchen Floor

I decided to scrub my floor yesterday. I made the kids eat breakfast in the chairs in the hallway. They thought is was so cool to eat on a TRAIN! Had I known that rearranging the the chairs we be so entertaining for they I could have done it a while ago.
A before and after picture. Here half is clean and half not. I used Amonia so it really striped the floor and smelled really bad. I ended up sending the kids to my moms house.
Yeah It's done. even Dirk noticed the difference and we all know how men are about such things.

Trains, Trains, Everywhere!!

First here is a picture of Gary hangin out on his blanket. It was so cute.
We went to the Aneheim Convention Center where they had the National Train Expo. There were trains everywhere. Nick was in Heaven. There were more Men than Kids and the expo. Dirk said we have to get Nick out of trian before he gets to old and turns into one of the old timers walking around trains.
This is a flag made of LEGOS!! It is all legos no joke. It was really cool.
Speaking of legos these trains and made of them. I had no idea there was even such a thing. They had citys built with the train going around them. This one is a replica of Disneyland!
A salute to all the firefighters. This is a lego scene of a mountain burning and a helo droping water. It was pretty amazing.

Family Times

This is David and Lindsay (Our Cousins) swining Alex. She had a blast.

We did lots of things this past week. Visiting Artesia Twice and going to Aneheim for a train show. More pictures to come.

Gary is 3 Months!!!

This is the latest family photo taken at Gary's 3 months photo session.
He was 3 months in July so I had to get a picture in an American atire!
This is an outfit that Oma Artesia made for Nick and we used for Gary as well.
My personal favorite of Gary. We were given this outfit from one of the dispatchers at Dirk's work.

Nick Our Sharpshooter

On Saturday Dirk took Nick Shooting. This is his rifle. A bolt action 22 so it only shoots one round at a time.
It stands up to his armpit and he shot down 7 targets alll by HIMSELF. Dirk didn't help him aim or anything. He must follow in his Dads footsteps. (Although I'm a good shot also)

Our Yard 2

Guess what we found as Opa and Oma were leaving on the Fourth?????
What's In the bucket???

A TARANCHULA!!!!!! This is him in the bucket.

As we let him go over the cliff infront of our house.

Our Yard

We had a visitor in our yard today. Nick loved it, he keeps asking to see a snake outside of a cage. Alex was scared and Emma wanted to touch it.

This picture was taken horizantally and when I downloaded it it turned. Weird. Any way, Gary was just hanging out in the hammock while we hunted for snakes.

Emma was in charge of making sure Gary didn't roll out of the chair. Actually she wanted to lay down with him and I thought this was the safest method.

Just a cute picture of Gary hanging out in his bouncer.
